The project was a qualitative user study on a faceted discovery system developed by Q-Sensei. By examining how and why participants interacted with the prototype, we explored the deeper expectations and behaviors underlying users’ search actions. This study intended to provide relevant feedback for the ongoing development of the Q-Sensei technology.
