Sam, Ngozi, and Susan developed and ran a card sorting study – using students from LIS643 as participants – to propose a new information architecture for the Services section of the NYU Library website. Results were delivered in-person to NYU Library’s Head of User Experience, and the recommendations are currently being implemented.
