This project evaluates the experiences of users navigating the official website of the Bronxville Public Library (http://bxvlibrary.org). The library primarily uses its portal to disseminate information relating to policies, services, special programming and events, and newsletters. A user testing study was developed and administered by four usability researchers to gather both quantitative and qualitative data and assess the experiential issues of website users. Eight participants were presented a series of four tasks requiring them to navigate and locate specific information on the library website. Analysis of test results ultimately revealed a series of one major and three minor usability issues, along with associated recommendations for improvement.
