Throughout the Fall 2013 semester, Lauren Reinhalter, Rob Hudson and Laura Brown (RHB), redesigned the Bibliographical Society of America (BSA) website. RHB’s goal in the redesign was to create a highly functional website that would represent BSA’s professionalism and purpose while meeting its users’ expectations and information needs. This document sets out the process undertaken by RHB and the resulting prototype.
