Excited to share insights from my UX Fellowship at LCPA (2023-2024), exploring innovative approaches to enhance user experiences in digital platforms.
I was awarded with the prestigious fellowship with Lincoln Center for Performing Arts for 2023-24. I had the best time while I delved into various facets of UX design, analyzing technical and competitive landscapes for features such as podcasts and accessibility. I also worked on the redesign of typical showpage, enhancing user experience and engagement. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in testing our innovative chatbot, ensuring its seamless integration and functionality. This immersive experience honed my skills in strategic UX design and provided invaluable insights into optimizing user interactions.
