QUILT is a digital humanities project that merges textile arts, digital mapping, and storytelling. It is a patchwork quilted map of New York City embedded with queer memories using NFC tags that link to a digital map.
Gabby is a final semester LIS student with a focus on digital humanities and spatial analysis. She currently works as a graduate assistant for Pratt's Spatial Analysis and Visualization Initiative (SAVI) and as an intern for Columbia University's Ask a Librarian program.
