This case study employs the concepts of universal design for learning and multiple intelligences to convey the life of a teen who is blind and her usage of public libraries. The video presentation was closed captioned and met low vision standards and the accompanying paper, in print and Braille, documents meticulous research. Through the use of artifacts, alternate formats, and video viewers come to understand and empathize with the character.
