Survey of 31 digital fashion archives/websites to access what the characteristics of an ideal fashion archive should include. Results were narrowed down to 8 showcase institutions who were able to meet the requirements of showcasing fashion in historical context, in an educational and engaging manner and who were able to engage users to make new connections between items based on innovative discovery features.
