Alice Viggiani
Hi, I’m Alice, I have an extensive background as a visual designer and researcher with a foundation in architecture. My commitment is to decipher complex information, tell compelling stories with design principles, and produce graphical statements that challenge and improve our perspectives. With 10+ years of experience in design practice, leadership, and education, my creativity comes from balancing a theoretical foundation with practical experience. I’ve worked in diverse sectors, such as e-commerce, museums, publishing houses, studios, and academia. And have honed my skills in design fields such as visual identities, art direction, UX and UI, editorial, and printing, among others. My current fascination lies in crafting bare data into beautiful yet clear and compelling visuals. I’m eager to dig into the transformative potential of data visualization and contribute meaningfully to the ever-evolving world. Besides, I’m keen on contributing to the following areas: 1. Design systems and any programmatic design; 2. Creating connections between the physical and virtual environment; and 3. The modernist graphic design tradition and its legacy.
