This poster looks at how COVID-19 has affected the Museum of Modern Art Library’s policies in its recently reopened Reading Room during the time of my Fellowship. With changes to reference and circulation activities, the use of appointments, and the creation of new patron accounts, the Library has created more personalized services to better understand and serve its public patrons.
