Chinese food is ubiquitous in the US. At the county level, 76% have at least one Chinese restaurant, but only 1.6% of the population is Chinese and are clustered in the most urban areas of only five states. I set out to map every Chinese restaurant in America and analyze them along the urban-rural spectrum. This project is a combination of geospatial and text analysis.
