Seth Crider is a current candidate of the Data Analytics and Visualization Program at Pratt. His background is in both fine art and political science. His love of research and all things visual brought him to Pratt to explore new methods of communicating complex information in beautiful and understandable ways. Seth hopes to continue advocating for the arts, as well as helping communities understand their relationship to government decisions that impact them.

Bronx River Trash Collection and Fecal Bacteria Analysis

Six students in Professor Sula’s Information Visualization class analyzed two datasets concerning the environmental quality of the Bronx River provided by the Bronx River Alliance (BxRA). A large-scale poster was created for the BxRA to display in their new headquarters.
