Watson Library"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of a yearlong fellowship at the Watson Library, my Pratt classmate Grace Zhang and I worked on a variety of projects together and individually. As a team we worked on cataloging donations given to the Watson Library, processing periodicals and serials, and sending and receiving bookbindery orders.<\/p>\n<p>For my individual project I used the <a href=\"https:\/\/securegrants.neh.gov\/publicquery\/main.aspx?f=1&amp;gn=ZRE-284125-22\">NEH Grant<\/a> guidelines set by Project Director Jared Ash to increase the Watson Library&#8217;s holdings of works by Latina artists. The NEH Grant supports the Watson Library&#8217;s goal to &#8220;assess, expand, and promote access to the Library\u2019s collection of exhibition catalogs, monographs, and other publications that document, interpret, and illustrate the work of Indigenous American, Hispanic American, and Asian American\/Pacific Islander artists.&#8221; Using the guidelines for searching, ordering, and cataloguing I acquired 7 books pertaining to women artists either working in or directly influenced by the Post-Revolutionary Period in Mexico (1930s-1950s).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a Pratt Fellow at the Watson Library I my projects included cataloging donations and sending and receiving bookbindery orders.
