Starting with the first dashboard, the <a href=\"https:\/\/public.tableau.com\/profile\/gabrielle.n.belli#!\/vizhome\/ConcerningExperiencesOnline-Part2_0\/TOC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">primary final output<\/a> is a series of connected dashboards that constitute a data visualization framework. A topline view of the state of the research on online violence, the project focuses on gender dimensions of this intersectional issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the <a href=\"https:\/\/public.tableau.com\/profile\/gabrielle.n.belli#!\/vizhome\/ConcerningExperiencesOnline-Part2_0\/TOC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tableau dashboards<\/a>, the additional three outputs are: <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1s_yVsG14EAGzAMrPpyfuvpcIysw9wdwY1Mo_BaAi0YQ\/edit#gid=1740892415\" target=\"_blank\">21 accessible datasets<\/a>\u00a0properly cited and collated, formatted for easy manipulation and intended for circulation\/research use; an accompanying <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/33warT0\" target=\"_blank\">report and analysis<\/a>; and, a Zotero library that constitutes the collection of research used for this project as well as a literature review on online violence against women in politics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The impetus behind this project is philosophical. The twin challenges of finding and\/or collecting feminist data can at times be harrowing. I\u2019m determined to alleviate some of that pressure by making dozens of datasets more accessible and modeling open access. A truly feminist act.
