This lesson on creating secure passwords would be suitable for public or academic libraries. The lesson also raises several important questions related to information and digital literacy for adults, and the assumptions we make about safekeeping our digital lives. After the lesson, participants will understand the basics of password security and tools available to assist them. They will feel empowered to take steps to improve the security of their online accounts.<\/p>\n
