The library primarily uses its portal to disseminate information relating to policies, services, special programming and events, and newsletters.&nbsp;A user testing study was developed and administered by four usability researchers to gather both quantitative and qualitative data and assess the experiential issues of website users. Eight participants were presented a series of four tasks requiring them to navigate and locate specific information on the library website.
