This academic job talk video presentation was the second in a two part job search assignment. During the first phase of the project, I selected an advertised academic library job at the University of North Texas for a Moving Image Preservation & Digitization Librarian. I then “applied” for that job by submitting a resume and cover letter. For the second phase, I was to assume I was selected for an on-campus interview and needed to prepare a 15 minute public presentation to an audience of librarians and undergraduate students.
