May 13, 2019 - All

The Museum of Modern Art provides a variety of educational classes to the public available through Coursera, an online provider. Out of the classes offered, we have investigated the digital analytics of “Seeing Through Photographs” course to understand the degrees of participant satisfaction and its influence on learners enrollment, drop-off and course completion. Eventually, we came up with 5 findings and suggestions related to the language barriers, course objectives, accessibility, assignments & quizzes, community building & support. During our presentation, we will use examples to show how the course can be further improved and how to enhance users’ experience.
